Introduction

Our Cemetery planning and design express the principles of the garden cemetery movement -- that cemeteries should be beautiful spaces that act to console the bereaved and foster contemplation. Many cemeteries face the prospect of having very limited land to develop for grave sites and the critical need to increase the density of burials. This often leads to the construction of large mausolea developments. This approach inserts 'urban' elements into what was originally designed as a pastoral landscape. Increased density of interments can be realized in structures more consonant with garden and landscape settings.
