Cypress Lofts Phase I and II Condominiums in Brookline, Massachusetts is an urban redevelopment of a light industrial and commercial site for housing. The project includes significant design challenges to create the needed landscaping over the garage structure and over an access drive as well as landscaping on an embankment above MBTA tracks.
