Hines Wasser + Associates developed landscape plans for a mixed commercial and residential development in Coolidge Corner, Brookline. The main courtyard is constructed above the subsurface parking garage requiring an elaborate surface and subsurface drainage design along with use of special free draining planting soils. In order to accomodate structural load limitations, the use of light weight Geofoam building blocks were utilized under the paved walkways leading to the main lobby.
